Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-5 business days. Once your order has been processed and prepared for shipping, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please note that processing times may be extended during high-demand periods, such as holidays.
Shipping
We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $100 CAD within Canada and the United States. This offer does not apply to express shipping options or international orders.
International shipping available and calculated at checkout. Please note that some international shipping options might not include a tracking number.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes (International Orders)
For international orders, import duties, taxes, and customs fees may apply. These charges are the responsibility of the buyer, and Solèy Decor is not responsible for any additional fees incurred at customs. We recommend checking with your local customs office for further information on any applicable charges.
Customers are responsible for providing a correct and secure shipping address. Solèy Decor cannot be held accountable for deliveries made to inaccurate addresses or for packages that go missing from unsecure locations. Should an order be returned to us due to delivery issues or address errors, any re-shipping fees will be the customer’s responsibility. Additionally, please note that Solèy Decor will not accept any returned parcels that require payment of additional postage fees upon arrival and such packages will be refused.
