Order Cancellations

Cancellation Window: Orders can only be canceled within 24 hours of purchase. After this period, orders may already be processed and shipped, making cancellation no longer possible.

Refunds for Canceled Orders: If your cancellation is approved within the 24-hour window, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method.
Eligibility for Returns

Items may be returned within 14 days of delivery for a refund.

Products must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

Sale items and custom-made products are final sale and cannot be returned.
Return Process

Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items without tracking.
Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.

Approved returns will be refunded to your original payment method. Please be aware that credit card refunds may take 5 to 10 business days to process, depending on your card issuer.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
Damaged or Defective Items
Upon receiving your order, please check all items carefully. If you find any defects, damages, or incorrect items, contact us at info@soleydecor.com within 48 hours. Be sure to include a brief description and photos of any issues to help us resolve your concern.

Please note that Solèy Decor cannot be held responsible for parcels left outdoors in extreme temperatures or adverse weather conditions for prolonged periods.
Lost or Stolen Packages:
Once a package is marked as delivered, Solèy Decor is not liable for any lost or stolen items. We recommend shipping to a secure location and opting for delivery notifications if available. If your package is missing, please contact the carrier directly to file a claim. Should you require further assistance, feel free to reach out to us, and we’ll do our best to help.
